The FlexFeed LP2 is a flatwork feeder that delivers flexibility, reliability and simplicity in one compact package.
The FlexFold LP2 can process small and large items in single and multi-lane mode and is available in various working widths (3000, 3300, 3500 or 4000mm).
Four feeding modes are possible to optimize speed and quality:
- Two people can feed via the feeding / buffer stations. One operator per station. Circa 300 pieces per station.
- One person operation, feeding directly into the spreading clamps.
- Small piece mode. Up to five lanes of small pieces can be manually fed with vacuum assistance for quality and speed.
